Almost Royal series
In Towering Pines, Virginia, fairytales do come true…
Childhood friends Elle Davenport, Megan Perl, and Ruby Keller wouldn’t say no to a modern-day fairytale—especially if they’re the ones who get to save the day. They’re fed up with the fact that they’re all still single and working dead-end jobs. While commiserating over a few bottles of wine, they see an ad in their favorite home and garden magazine for the chance to live in a castle in the Virginia mountains owned by relatives of British royalty. To enter, they have to write an essay proposing their vision to make the castle a profitable asset to the family.
The animal-loving friends dream up their idea for the Fairy Tails program at Rosemont Castle, where guests are treated like royalty while they stay at the castle and visit with adoptable animals, hopefully leaving with their own furry Prince (or Princess) Charming at the end of their stay.
Entering the contest was a wine-fueled no-brainer. They never expected to win…
