It's hereeeee!! No Rings Attached is officially out in the world today in ebook, KU, paperback, and audio. The audiobook is narrated by Zara Hampton-Brown, who is British (like my heroine Lia), and I just love the way she brings the characters to life. 💙 No Rings Attached has: 💍 A London wedding 💍 Fake dating 💍 Only one bed 💍 A road trip 💍 Only one bed AGAIN! 💍 Bisexual rep If you're in the UK or Australia, it's part of an ebook promo that has it on sale for $1 in the UK and $2 in Australia - so grab it while it's cheap! Amazon US | Can | UK | Aus | Bookshop.org | Audible From award-winning author Rachel Lacey comes the second installment in the Ms. Right series: a captivating romance about a reluctant bookseller finding love in unexpected places.
Lia Harris is tired of being the odd one out. She’s never quite fit in with her uptight family, and now that her roommates have all found love, she’s starting to feel like a third wheel in her own apartment. Fed up with her mother’s constant meddling in her love life, Lia drops hints about a girlfriend she doesn’t have. But with her brother’s London nuptials approaching, she needs to find a date to save face. Lia turns to her best friend, Rosie, for help, and Rosie delivers - with the fun, gorgeous Grace Poston. Grace loves to have a good time, hiding her insecurities behind a sunny smile. Her recent move to London has provided her with a much-needed fresh start. Grace isn’t looking for love, and she hates weddings, having weathered more than her fair share of heartache. Friendships are different, though, so for Rosie’s sake, she reluctantly agrees to pose as Lia’s adoring girlfriend for the wedding festivities. Both Grace and Lia are prepared for an awkward weekend, complete with prying family members and a guest room with only one bed. As it turns out, they get along well - spectacularly, in fact. Before they know it, the chemistry they’re faking feels all too real. But is their wedding weekend a fleeting performance or the rehearsal for a love that’s meant to last? Happy New Year, friends! I hope your 2022 is off to a good start (or as well as can be expected in these strange times.) Here's a quick peek at my tentative 2022 publishing calendar. I'm planning to get 4 new books into your hands, as well as a few other things! On February 8th, the German translation of Read Between the Lines will release! It's called Wenn Herz auf Zufall trifft, and how adorable is that cover?!?!
No Rings Attached (Ms. Right book 2) will be out on April 12th. If you've read Read Between the Lines, this is Grace and Lia's book. It's got fake dating, a wedding, only one bed, and a road trip! Stay tuned for a special as-yet-unannounced project in May! More information on that one in February She'll Steal Your Heart (Midnight in Manhattan #4) will be out in August. It's an age gap, online friends to lovers romance set around a cat cafe. More info on this one soon! Look at Us Now is the 5th and final book in the Midnight in Manhattan series, and will be out in October(ish). It will follow Josie and Eve for an HEA after the HEA I'm also hoping to get my Midnight in Manhattan books into audio this year, and will be rebranding some of my older titles...more on that soon! It's in Her Kiss is on sale for 99 cents through the end of the year! This is a rivals-to-lovers story set in the world of Broadway, and it also takes place this time of year, so this is the perfect time to read! You'll get to spend a romantic New Year's Eve with Jules and Sophie in New York City. Get your copy here. It's in Her Kiss is part of the I Heart Lesfic 99 cent blowout sale. You'll find over 100 sapphic stories on sale, so make sure you check it out here.
It's here! It's here! It's release day for Read Between the Lines, and if you couldn't tell, I am VERY EXCITED that you all can finally read it! 😊 And even more exciting, this is my first book with a simultaneous audio release. The audiobook is narrated by the amazing Abby Craden, so if you're an audiophile, give it a listen. One of my favorite romance tropes has always been when two people are flirting with each other online but don't know that they already know each other in real life, especially if they're enemies in real life. There's nothing like that moment when they finally realize the truth! I just love it, and I had so much fun with this setup in Read Between the Lines. I hope you love it too! From award-winning author Rachel Lacey comes a playful romance about a Manhattan bookstore owner and a reclusive author who love to hate—and hate to love—each other.
Books are Rosie Taft’s life. And ever since she took over her mother’s beloved Manhattan bookstore, they’ve become her home too. The only thing missing is her own real-life romance like the ones she loves to read about, and Rosie has an idea of who she might like to sweep her off her feet. She’s struck up a flirty online friendship with lesbian romance author Brie, and what could be more romantic than falling in love with her favorite author? Jane Breslin works hard to keep her professional and personal lives neatly separated. By day, she works for the family property development business. By night, she puts her steamier side on paper under her pen name: Brie. Jane hasn’t had much luck with her own love life, but her online connection with a loyal reader makes Jane wonder if she could be the one. When Rosie learns that her bookstore’s lease has been terminated by Jane’s family’s business, romance moves to the back burner. Even though they’re at odds, there’s no denying the sparks that fly every time they’re together. When their online identities are revealed, will Jane be able to write her way to a happy ending, or is Rosie’s heart a closed book? Buy it now: Amazon US | UK | Can | Aus | Bookshop.org | Love's Sweet Arrow | The Ripped Bodice | Audible Want to try it before you buy? You can read the first chapter here on my website! I call that a win-win situation! The anthology includes works from Jeff Adams, Xio Axelrod, Meg Bonney, me, Chantal Mer, R.L. Merrill, Connor Peterson, Susan Scott Shelley, and Sophia Soames, with a special foreword by Annabeth Albert. My story is called Off the Rails, and it's a f/f contemporary romance that takes two women who sit beside each other on their daily commute on a wild adventure to love! Hi lovely friends and readers! It's release day for Hideaway, my book for the Vino and Veritas series in Sarina Bowen's World of True North. These books are all part of an interconnected world set around an inclusive wine bar and bookstore in Burlington, Vermont, and while I encourage you to read the whole series, I also want to make sure you know that Hideaway is a standalone book, so you can absolutely jump right in without having read any of the other books. If you like small town romance, second chances, and/or rescue pets, this might be the book for you! Buy it now! Or read the first chapter here. One woman’s hiding place is another woman’s home.
After becoming an inadvertent viral sensation—and losing her job and her girlfriend as a result—Phoebe Shaw retreats to Vermont. Renovating her late grandmother’s cabin into a vacation rental seems like the perfect way to lie low for a while. But the last person she expects to encounter on the property is the woman whose kiss was her teenage sexual awakening . . . and whom she’s never quite forgotten. Taylor Donovan has been hiking on the trails behind the Shaw family’s cabin her whole life. As children, Taylor and Phoebe were best friends before sharing a secret summer romance when they were sixteen, which left Taylor brokenhearted when Phoebe fled at the end of the summer. Now the property has become Taylor’s home away from home, and she wants nothing more than to convince the Shaws to sell it to her. But Phoebe’s return puts a crimp in those plans--and brings back old feelings she thought she’d overcome. Of all the things Phoebe regrets, leaving Taylor is at the top of the list, but Taylor is determined to protect her heart. Yet the pull between them is stronger than ever. This time around, will love stay hidden . . . or finally see the light of day? Buy it now! Or read the first chapter here. This is an extra special release day for me because Hideaway is my 20th book! I can hardly believe it, and I just want to thank you all for the support you've shown me along the way. Don't Cry for Me (Midnight in Manhattan #1) is one sale for 99 cents for a limited time! Grab your copy here! 💜 Opposites attract 💜 Thawing ice queen 💜 Forced proximity 💜 Sizzling slow burn 💜 Rescue kittens! A frosty television host, a bubbly bar owner, and a litter of abandoned kittens. The recipe for ratings gold…or heartbreak?
Eve Marlow has her eyes on the prize: a third season of her popular business makeover show, Do Over. But when her ratings take an unexpected dive, Eve needs a blockbuster new client, or she can kiss season three goodbye. She has her work cut out for her, and that’s before she discovers a litter of newborn kittens in a trash can. Now she’s desperate to find someone to take them so she can concentrate on reviving her career. Josie Swanson had to put her kitten rescue on the back burner when she inherited her father’s bar two years ago. Since then, she’s invested all her time and energy into keeping it afloat, but despite her best efforts, Swanson’s is going under. When she gets a phone call from Eve Marlow, host of the television show Josie applied to earlier that year, the woman she’s convinced can save her bar, Josie hopes her luck has finally turned. Eve knows what she needs to succeed, and it isn’t Josie—or her bar. There’s no denying the chemistry sizzling between them, though. Josie’s personality is as vibrant as her turquoise-tipped hair. She stirs things in Eve that haven’t been stirred in a long time, but there’s a reason she keeps her heart under lock and key. Eve stands to lose a lot more than her TV show if she lets her guard down, no matter how tempted she is to see if Josie’s love would be worth the risk. Buy it now for 99 cents!
